LEHNER GmbH is presenting its new FlexoMatrix technology platform at the Print4All international printing trade fair

At the trade fair stand of its sales partner CAMIS, LEHNER GmbH is presenting its new technology platform for narrow-web flexo printing: FlexoMatrix.

The system offers print shops important functions for advancing into industrial flexo production, it increases efficiency and also contributes to environmental protection. On the 29.05. - 01.06. At the Print4All printing trade fair in Milan, LEHNER GmbH will be presenting its new FlexoMatrix technology platform for narrow-web flexographic printing. Innovative products and solutions from the printing, graphics, reprography and packaging industries will be presented at the fair.

The technology platform for flexographic printing 4.0, the FlexoMatrix automatic assembly machine, offers print shops numerous advantages: from the expansion of automation to intelligent data linking in their own workflow to increased production.

The automated cliché assembly ensures that all printing forms are assembled with consistent quality. The consistently high register quality ensures optimized production planning and process stability in the pressroom. With the RCC9 register code and the automatic cliché identification you gain protection against printing forme mixing and establish the recorded job processing. The direct data connection to the job management system ensures process transparency and also increases the company's profitability.

The cylinder adapters, which can be exchanged in seconds, underline the high flexibility of the system and enable register-optimized cliché mounting for all common printing machines and cylinder types. “Our mounter technology is an important technology platform for FlexoDruck 4.0. The dovetailing of prepress and press increases the efficiency in the pressroom. Customers benefit from shorter makeready times, less waste and extended automation. This creates the basis for more efficiency and, at the same time, greater environmental protection in the print workflow ”, says Dr. Lars Lehner, managing director of LEHNER GmbH.
